All TWF staff are W-2 employees. We handle payroll, benefits, taxes, workers' compensation, and all employment compliance. This protects your property from co-employment risk and ensures every team member is fully covered and accountable.
We carry a Hartford Business Owner's Policy that includes General Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and an Umbrella Policy. Background checks are run on every staff member. You can request our Certificate of Insurance through our staffing request form.
Pricing is based on the scope, duration, and type of staffing you need. We provide a custom quote after understanding your property's requirements. Emergency and same-day deployments carry a premium tier rate. There are no long-term contracts required for standard staffing.
Captain School is our internal leadership training program. Team members who consistently perform at the highest level are invited to complete Captain School, earning Gold Shield Certification. Captains serve as on-site leaders during deployments, managing their team and acting as your single point of contact.
