The Advancement Ladder

We do not hire leadership off the street. We build it through Captain School: a three-track development system combining online coursework, quarterly in-person training, and three-phase live event mentorship. Every advancement is scored, documented, and earned.

Three mentorship phases: Shadow, Assisted Lead, Independent Lead. Evaluated on a 50-point graduation rubric.
Scored, not subjective: Zone control, coaching delivery, binder accuracy, escalation judgment, and guest awareness. Each graded /10.
35 points minimum to graduate as a Certified Floor Captain. Below 25 returns to in-person training with specific gap areas identified.

For emergency requests, we can have trained staff on-site within 60 to 90 minutes in our active markets. Standard deployments are built around your timeline, whether that is next week or next quarter. Every deployment includes a 25% staffing buffer to account for any last-minute changes.

We operate under The TWF Gold Standard, a proprietary system of 35+ documented processes covering everything from onboarding to post-event reporting. Every team member is scored after every shift. Our Captain-led structure means your event has trained on-site leadership, not just bodies filling positions.

Full-service hotels, convention centers, event venues, resorts, country clubs, and corporate campuses. We specialize in properties that need consistent, high-quality hospitality teams for banquet service, housekeeping, front desk, culinary, and event support.

All TWF staff are W-2 employees. We handle payroll, benefits, taxes, workers' compensation, and all employment compliance. This protects your property from co-employment risk and ensures every team member is fully covered and accountable.

We carry a Hartford Business Owner's Policy that includes General Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and an Umbrella Policy. Background checks are run on every staff member. You can request our Certificate of Insurance through our staffing request form.

Pricing is based on the scope, duration, and type of staffing you need. We provide a custom quote after understanding your property's requirements. Emergency and same-day deployments carry a premium tier rate. There are no long-term contracts required for standard staffing.

Captain School is our internal leadership training program. Team members who consistently perform at the highest level are invited to complete Captain School, earning Gold Shield Certification. Captains serve as on-site leaders during deployments, managing their team and acting as your single point of contact.
