After every shift, you are rated. Your Star Rating determines your scheduling priority, pay rate, and advancement eligibility. No politics. No guessing. Performance drives everything.

Captain School

Not everyone leads.
We train the ones who can.

Captain School is TWF's internal leadership development program, built on our "Be Legendary" training standards. Three phases. Online coursework, quarterly in-person sessions at client properties, and live mentorship on the floor. Graduates lead pre-shift huddles, run performance reviews, and represent TWF at every deployment.
